Verification of Recipient You must verify Meter Numbers and Phone Numbers before payment. Once a token is generated or airtime is sent to a provided number, the action is irreversible.

Service Downtime Delays caused by network provider maintenance (MTN, Glo, Disco) are beyond our control. Pending transactions will be fulfilled as soon as provider servers are back online.

OTP Finality Virtual numbers are for one-time verification only. Once an OTP (One-Time Password) is successfully delivered to the dashboard, the transaction is non-refundable. Ensure you are ready to receive the code before requesting.

App-Specific Restrictions Platforms like WhatsApp or Telegram may occasionally flag virtual numbers. If you do not receive a code, your balance is safe; however, we are not responsible for subsequent account bans by these 3rd-party apps.

1. Order Duplication & Progress Do not enter multiple orders for the same link while the first order is in progress. Our system will conflict, causing delivery errors and potential loss of balance without refund.

2. Profile Visibility & ID Changes Profiles must remain Public. If you set a profile to private or change the username/ID after an order is placed, the system will mark the order as "Complete" and no refund will be issued.

3. Delivery & Maintenance Periods SMM services do not guarantee exact start times. While descriptions provide estimates, updates to social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, etc.) may cause temporary delays.

4. Refills & Non-Drop Services Bot followers and low-cost services are not guaranteed against drops. Only "Guaranteed/Refill" services are eligible for top-ups if a drop occurs within the specified warranty period.

5. Interaction Disclaimer We guarantee the quantity of followers/likes purchased. We do not guarantee that these followers will interact with your content, have full bios, or profile pictures.

Balance Policy Deposits are strictly for platform services. Once a deposit is confirmed, it cannot be withdrawn back to a bank account.

Disputes & Chargebacks You agree not to file a dispute or chargeback. Any attempt to do so allows SmartBoostHub to terminate your account and remove any delivered services.

Forbidden Content Usage of our services for adult content (+18), illegal gambling, fraudulent schemes, or hate speech is strictly prohibited. Violators will be permanently banned.
